EU / UK Representative

Jatelo is established in the Republic of South Africa. Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Art. 27 or the UK GDPR Art. 27 requires the appointment of a representative within the EU or UK, the appointed representative is listed below.

Status: A representative will be appointed prior to active marketing into the EU or UK. Until that appointment is published here, EU and UK residents may direct any GDPR enquiry (data access, erasure, objection, complaint) to support@jatelo.app and we will respond within the one-month statutory window.

You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. A directory of EU supervisory authorities is published by the European Data Protection Board; the UK supervisory authority is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
