Classe III (4). The emblematic Burgundy whitewater run: below the Settons dam the Cure drops through Morvan forest in technical class III water with class 4 cruxes, headlined by the 'Seuil des Sept Taureaux' (Seven Bulls). Near the take-out the Caillot tributary enters at the Saut de Gouloux, a violent double drop run only by experts at select levels — know where to get out. Rafting and hydrospeed bases operate the run on release days; it flows into Lac du Crescent further downstream, where the Chalaux also arrives.
