About
Scenic, mostly flat with only a few small rapids. The Wilge runs reliably most summers but exact levels are unpredictable. Watch for crocodiles. The official race take-out is 8km further downstream on a farm, reached by arrangement via a poor road. That short extra stretch past the bridge (technically the next section) adds a few class 2-3 rapids.
