Classe III+-IV. The famous Ubaye racecourse: roughly 15 big, bouncy class 3+/4 rapids in quick succession at ~15 m/km, including named drops Dent de Requin (Shark's Tooth) and Rouleau de Printemps (Spring Roll). Put in at the rafting base just below Le Martinet, take out below Le Lauzet at the La Source campsite. Pushy and continuous at high snowmelt but honest big-water class IV - the benchmark advanced run of the valley (~2 h).
