Arc — Haute Maurienne: Termignon → Bramans

Classe II-III. The standard Haute-Maurienne raft/kayak run from Termignon (Val-Cenis) down to Bramans: 6 km of varied class 2/3 wave trains in a broad glacial valley below the Vanoise. Friendly gradient but cold water and steady current. Flows depend strongly on EDF's Arc-Isère hydro system, so check conditions locally before driving up. Season: May to end of August snowmelt; flows heavily modified by EDF abstraction, commercial runs mid-May onward
