Chéran — Gorges d'Alby → Rumilly

Classe III (IV). Lower Chéran run through the molasse gorges below Alby-sur-Chéran down to the Fier confluence at Rumilly. Mostly class III bedrock rapids and slides in a committing green corridor, with harder drops to scout depending on level. Wood is the recurring hazard in the narrows and a couple of weirs/old works need recognising. Documented in the Lyon Urban Kayak 2021 topo.
