About
Narrow, mostly small rapids with the occasional one bordering on class 3. Suits K1-paddlers. Recent floods cleared most overhanging vegetation and wires, but strainers can still appear. Weir on the lower course: shoot the left chute at low levels, portage at higher flows. Hippos sometimes move into this section - stay alert.
