About
An 18 km run suited to competent K1 paddlers and intermediate kayakers. The put-in is just below the high Zulu Falls (previously known as Mooi Falls). A few narrow sections follow before the valley widens. Several rapids will need scouting in a K1, but all are runnable. Paddlers can continue to Muden or exit 8 km earlier at a swingbridge. K1 races also run from the swingbridge past Muden, where the river is mostly flat with small rapids.
