About
A narrow, continuous 5km run easily reached from George. The river is short, rising only 20km from the sea, and should be caught soon after good rains. Numerous chutes and drops require attention, log strainers can appear, and the rocks are rough on boats — a short creekboat is preferable to a playboat. A large siphon between boulders around halfway must be portaged.
