Swift current the whole way with well-marked eddies but very few breathers, dropping through wooded gorges from the spa town of Brides to the Isère confluence at Moûtiers. Strong wood risk — trees regularly block channels, so get recent local info. Minimum roughly 10 m³/s at Le Planay or 0.35 m on the Moûtiers gauge.
